ZIMBRA Collaboration Suite is an engine applications suite open source for the management of e-mail and the collaboration between work groups through shared calendars and documents sharing.
Zimbra offers a rich-client with a lot of functions (both through Zimbra Desktop program and Browser), technically very advanced if related to currents post client. Contacts
Contacts made available by Zimbra makes you able to apply tag to contacts, grouping them. For a more productive use in work groups, index book can be shared (totally or partially) with the others members of the team. Documents

Briefcase
Zimbra allows the creation and the management of boxes for depositing and sharing of company documents through users and work groups. Who use Firefox as web browser, can use the plug-in that allows to manage these boxes with an easy drag & drop from your desktop.
