Sorgente.net - New Premium Support available

Sorgente.net today announced premium for-pay support for some of its core infrastructure hosting services. The Open Source Server (OSS), the Open Source Application (OSA), the Disaster Recovery Service each received the Premium Support treatment. The new support packages provide one-on-one support for customers, up to 4 hour response time.

Previously, Sorgente.net services support was conducted via web forums that were staffed by a dedicated support team. But as more and more companies are leaning on Sorgente.net managed Infrastructure for mission-critical applications, better support channels have become necessary.
